-When will my order ship?
Orders of in stock merchandise are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order, Monday-Friday from Cincinnati, Ohio.
- What are the shipping methods and rates?
Cas-Ker ships via UPS, FedEx Express and USPS. Cas-Ker selects the most economical way, based on size, weight, value and destination; unless a specific method is requested by the customer. Beginning in 2015 UPS and FedEx will begin charging dimensional weight on all packages which could affect the amount charged for shipping.
- What if an item is back ordered?
Back ordered items are shipped as soon as they are available at no additional shipping cost. Additional shipping charges do not apply to back orders.
- What if an item is special ordered?
Special ordered items will be billed for shipping. Customer will be advised in advance if an item must be special ordered. Special conditions apply.
- How do I track my order?
By providing your email with your order you will receive tracking information for orders sent via UPS and FedEx. Tracking information is not available for orders sent by the Cas-Ker Company through USPS.
- What if I live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories?
Cas-Ker ships to these locations, via UPS and USPS. Shipping method is determined by size, weight, value of the order and customer requests when possible. Special conditions apply.

- Are there any shipping regulations or restrictions?
Certain items can only be shipped by UPS Ground within the continental 48 states. These items are identified in catalogs and on the website. In addition there are a limited number of large items that can only be shipped LTL Freight.
- Can I refuse a damaged package?
If you receive a package with obvious damage refuse the delivery and notify Cas-Ker. If you accept a package with hidden damage, save all packing material and notify Cas-Ker.
- How do I return an item for credit?
RMA's are not required for returns. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return. The item must be returned in the original condition including all packaging, within 15 days of receipt. Please provide an explanation for the return if necessary, if the item is defective, damaged or outside of the 15 day period.
